Change Is In The Air
/Fall is just around the corner. I can feel it in the morning air and see it in the fig tree in the back corner of my yard as its leaves begin to slowly change colors. I even see a few leaves gently floating to the ground in the evening breeze.
As one of my favorite scriptures states, “There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens,” and the time has come for me to close my children’s shop and move in a different direction. As many of you know, I have begun painting more and more over the last few years and as much as I loved preparing the activity boxes for children, it was a ton of work for very little profit. Therefore, I have closed the Activity Box section of the website and am now devoting my time to the painting section, creating custom paintings as well as gift items for both adults and kids.
You may notice that there will be some cosmetic changes to the website itself, with headers that reflect my new direction, but for now, the blog and archive of newsletters will remain open for people who may look for information on a particular topic dealing with young children.
I hope to add more things to the Paint Shop in the weeks to come, and hope that you will hop on over to Instagram to follow me there @dottodotpaintshop and over on Facebook as well. Your support over the past few years as I launched Dot To Dot Connections has meant so very much to me—-you encouraging words as well as your subscriptions and purchases.
