I am honored that you have chosen me for your custom portrait. There are so many special moments in our lives and having the opportunity to capture yours in paint brings me great joy!
Each painting begins with a pencil sketch on high-quality 140# watercolor paper before paint details are added. The finished size of each painting is 8” x 10”. Customers often choose to frame the painting as is; however, there is ample white space to allow for matting, as well.

Whether it is your first home, one from the past, or your forever home, the gift of a home portrait is something that will be treasured for years to come. Calligraphy wording (address or family name) can be added to the bottom for an additional charge, if desired, and a digitized image is also available (for your personal use).
Pricing is as follows:
* Home Portrait (NO calligraphy wording) - $72
* Home Portrait (WITH calligraphy wording) - $80 (designate wording during checkout)
If you wish to also add a digitized image to your order, please select it from the drop-down menu when placing your order.
Pricing for digitized images are as follows:
* Home portrait (NO calligraphy wording + digitized image) - $84
* Home portrait ( WITH calligraphy wording + digitized image) - $92 (designate wording during checkout)
After placing your order, please send several clear photos of the front of your home to DotToDotConn@gmail.com. If your home is large or you prefer a different angle, please send several photos. Keep in mind that the front door is often a focal point, and that area should be clearly visible in the photo. In the NOTES section of checkout, please indicate the color of house, roof, shutters, etc. for clarity. Upon sending your photos, please allow three to four (4) weeks for delivery. If you require a special time frame, please email me to discuss before placing your order.
Be sure to select your shipping option during checkout (Local delivery is free.)
Finished size of the home portrait is 8” x 10”, with the actual house being approximately 4” x 6”. A frame is NOT included.
When you place an order, you are reserving a time in my calendar for the creation of your portrait. As such, all sales are final and nonrefundable. Turnaround time is typically three to four (3-4) weeks from the date photos are sent. If you require a different time frame, please email me at DotToDotConn@gmail.com to discuss BEFORE placing your order.
